Job summary

Elysium Healthcare Limited is recruiting a Therapy Assistant to support recovery and functional goals for residents with neurological or mental health needs. You will work closely with therapists to deliver tailored programs and assist in one-to-one and group sessions at a site near Gloucester.

You will help with assessments, documentation, and adhering to safety and confidentiality while developing essential skills through in-service training and supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in care and/or therapy environment.
• Good written and oral communication.
• Willingness to undergo in-service training and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning and delivering therapeutic activities in one-to-one and group settings.
• Support service users in rehabilitation and daily living activities.
• Maintain accurate written records and communicate changes to supervising therapists.
• Contribute to a safe environment and adhere to health and safety procedures.
• Observe, report and record service provisions and activities as instructed.
