CareTech is hiring a full-time Therapy Assistant for our Hartwell service in Northampton. You will join the Therapy Team to plan, deliver, and evaluate programmes, supporting residents and working closely with qualified therapists.

As part of the MDT, you will run group sessions, assist with personal care, and help coordinate daily timetables. A full DBS and a driver’s licence are essential for this role.

Competenze

• Willingness to work towards Level 2 in Health and Social Care.
• Ability to work unsociable hours on a rota basis.
• Enhanced DBS required (paid for by CareTech).

Mansioni

• Plan, carry out and evaluate individual and group therapy programmes under supervision.
• Run structured therapy and activity sessions for residents.
• Organise and coordinate daily timetables for residents.
• Allocate and support staff during therapy and activity sessions.
• Support residents with personal care and collaborate with the Occupational Therapist.
• Assist with community outings; driving company vehicles (must be a driver).
• Maintain accurate records and communicate within the MDT.
