Job summary

We’re looking for a Therapist to join our Swim Club team at Watergate Bay Hotel. You’ll be an excellent communicator with experience in a professional treatment environment, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for promoting work-life balance and the Watergate Bay Hotel brand.

Located within Swim Club, our Therapists deliver high-quality treatments with sustainably sourced, natural and ethical products, whilst creating a warm and attentive experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and guest-service mindset.
• Ability to manage own workload in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide a broad range of beauty treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures.
• Deliver treatments to Swim Club standards with high quality and care.
• Manage bookings effectively and maintain a clean, safe treatment area.
