As a Spa Therapist, some of your responsibilities will include:

1. Providing a first-class service and delivering the highest standard of therapeutic, holistic, wellbeing treatments including facials, massages, and nail treatments.
2. Maximising treatment and retail sales to achieve targets and KPIs.
3. Delivering exceptional customer service that exceeds guest expectations.

Our Premier Therapist Journey is a highly sought-after programme representing the natural progression from Senior Therapists. Successful applicants will be trained in a wide range of highly skilled treatments, entrusted to look after our Champneys VIPs.

We have a team of dedicated in-house trainers committed to guiding our therapists to unlock their full potential, providing support in skill refinement, consultations, homecare advice, and self-care prioritization.

Minimum Requirements

Candidates must hold a Level 2 & 3 NVQ in Beauty Therapy or an equivalent qualification. Massage experience is essential.
