Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking passionate Support Workers to join a council-backed team in Dartington, Devon, working with children and/or young adults who have trauma backgrounds, learning disabilities, mental health issues or challenging behaviours.

The role requires experience with SEN education, youth work, or care environments, and a Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete). You must be able to work shifts, weekends and overnight stays, and have a driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience of working within children or young adults with learning disabilities, mental health, or behaviours that challenge.
• Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent (or willingness to complete).
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
• Driving license and vehicle – Essential.
