The successful candidate will have experience with children/young people in SEN, youth work, or related settings, and a Level 3 in Residential Childcare or be willing to complete it. Weekend and overnight shifts are required.

• Willingness to complete Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Ability to complete shifts patterns, weekends, and overnight stays.
