Qualifications

• Delivery of operational support for the Therapeutic Services Team.
• Leading the Therapeutic Services Team and collaborating with the Clinical Coordinator and Therapeutic Services Manager.
• Understanding therapeutic principles to optimise service delivery and improve the client experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of exceptional operational support for the Therapeutic Services Team.
• Lead the Therapeutic Services Team and collaborate with the Clinical Coordinator and Therapeutic Services Manager.
• Improve client journey from referral to completion of counselling.
