Job summary

Autism Initiatives is seeking Full-Time Support Workers in Belfast, NI. You will support people who use our services in daily living, work/education access, and leisure activities, aligned to our autism-focused values.

Applicants must be flexible to rota patterns, including weekends, and the enhanced benefits package includes sick pay, enhanced maternity pay and additional support services. Interviews conducted in person at head office.

Job description

We are seeking Full-Time Support Workers to join our team. You will work alongside people who use our services, supporting in a range of activities, including developing independence in daily living, accessing work/education and leisure activities.At Autism Initiatives we work alongside autistic people, providing specialist services tailored to each individual.
