The Consortium Multi Academy Trust - The Link in Fressingfield, Suffolk, invites two Teaching Assistants to join our alternative provision settings. You will support learning for pupils with SEND and complex needs, working with small groups and one-to-one sessions, with safeguarding and collaborative practice at the core.

Qualifications

• SEND experience (preferable)
• Grade C/4+ Maths and English
• Good level of computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate access to learning for pupils across settings.
• Support learning and engagement in small groups and one-to-one sessions.
• Assist with a broad, balanced curriculum differentiated to meet individual needs.
