Job summary

Charles Hunter Associates is seeking a Therapeutic Residential Worker for a nationwide care group based in Birmingham. The role involves shift work, including mornings, evenings, weekends and sleep-in shifts, with full training provided.

You will support vulnerable children with emotional, physical and developmental needs, act as a positive role model and contribute to safeguarding and wellbeing. Starting salary £28,600 on a full-time contract, with ongoing training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience working as a Support Worker in a similar setting (desirable; full training provided)
