Charles Hunter Associates Ltd is recruiting for a Therapeutic Children Support Worker to provide practical and emotional support in a residential setting across the South West. You will help children develop routines, independence and confidence while following individual care plans.

Full training is provided, and you will work as part of a supportive team, building trusting relationships with children and safeguarding as a core practice to promote wellbeing and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's residential care, education, SEN, youth work or a similar support role would be beneficial.
• We’re keen to speak with compassionate, reliable and enthusiastic individuals who want to make a difference.
