Job summary

Qualifications

• Caring, flexible and resilient nature with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in a caring or support role is desirable but not essential.
• A full UK Driving Licence is required to support flexible working arrangements.
• Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins, within a regulated care environment.
• Knowledge of Ofsted/CIW safeguarding protocols.
