Join a dedicated team providing a safe, nurturing home and working 40.5 hours per week with a 2 on 4 off shift pattern, including sleep-ins. Driving licence is essential; salary reflects experience and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Licence to drive is essential.
• Experience with safeguarding and supporting youth preferred.
• Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends and sleep-ins.

Responsibilities

• Support young people with daily activities, appointments and routines.
• Assist with cooking, cleaning, outings and taking part in activities.
• Manage challenging behaviours with support from senior staff and therapists.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment and build trust with the children.
• Coordinate with psychology and therapy teams to set boundaries and strategies.
