Job Title: Band 5 Radiographer

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dynamic, and competent Band 5 Radiographer to join our welcoming Radiotherapy team.

Role Expectations
  1. Provide clinical practice relevant to all areas within the scope of the role.
  2. Maintain a high level of clinical and administrative competence, acting within the standards of proficiency expected.
  3. Work to maintain clinical workloads by treating patients and carrying out tasks according to the processes outlined within the Quality System.
  4. Provide information to other professionals, the multidisciplinary team, patients, and their families or carers within your scope of knowledge.
  5. Acknowledge limitations in skills and knowledge, seeking advice or signposting appropriately.
  6. Participate in audits and work with the team to maintain and improve the service.
  7. Contribute to the training and development of student cohorts and enhance patient experience.
  8. Communicate effectively within teams and the department to ensure cohesive operation.
