A2B Social Care Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an experienced Registered Children's Manager to lead a 3-bed therapeutic EBD home in Manchester.

You will oversee care planning, safeguarding, staff supervision, recruitment and governance, aiming for Ofsted Good or Outstanding. This is a full-time role with a comprehensive benefits package.

Salary ranges from £55,000 to £65,000, with a Monday–Friday 9-5 schedule and extensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Level 5 or 7 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Children's Residential or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years' management experience working with children and young people within a residential environment.
• Driving Licence is essential.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage a Children's Home, adhering to the Statement of Purpose and Ofsted regulatory framework
• Ensure personalised care plans that meet the individual needs of the child
• Supervise and support the development of staff, ensuring compliance with safeguarding and service governance
• Manage recruitment, staff training, and development
• Achieve and maintain a Good or Outstanding rating from Ofsted
