Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people, or adults with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Strong emotional resilience and calmness under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and sleep-ins.
• Willingness to complete Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare if not already qualified.

Responsibilities
