Job summary

Homes2Inspire in Crewkerne, Somerset, is seeking a Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker. The role is full-time and permanent, offering a salary of £32,302 - £34,259 per annum plus £50 per sleep-in.

You will lead shifts, provide emotional support, and help children build confidence and life skills. The post requires prior residential childcare experience, a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent), and a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children, young people, or adults with complex needs or behaviours that challenge.
• Previous residential childcare experience.
• Emotional resilience and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Genuine passion for helping children achieve positive outcomes.
