Job summary

Esland in Preston is seeking a Children’s Residential Care Worker to join our Pear Tree Cottage service. You will build nurturing, trusting relationships with young people aged 8 to 18, supporting emotional regulation, routines and personal development in a therapeutic, child-led framework.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
• Right to work in the UK without restrictions

• Willingness to work 48-hour shifts including paid sleep-ins

• Support the young person with emotional regulation, daily routines, and personal development

• Support activities, education access and household responsibilities for the young person
