Job summary

Keys Group is seeking a Registered Manager for a children’s home in Holbeach. You will oversee daily operations, support a team of Deputy Manager and Senior Staff, and work with clinical colleagues to provide trauma-informed care for up to four children aged 9–15.

The role requires 2+ years supervisory experience in children’s residential settings, a Level 5 leadership qualification, and robust knowledge of safeguarding and budgeting.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within Children's Residential.
• Level 5 Diploma in leadership for Health and Social Care services (Children and Young People) in progress or achieved.
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding legislation and procedures (Children Act 1989, home regulations).
• Experience of budgets and financial management.
