Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Analytics Lead to join the Therapeutic Strategy & Insights team in London. You will blend clinical trial expertise, data, and strategic thinking to shape country, site and patient enrollment strategies for global studies.

Ideal candidates have Mandarin and English proficiency, 5+ years in clinical research, and a strong track record in data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials.
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, biological sciences or related discipline.
Strong understanding of clinical research, lifecycle and drug development.
Ability to interpret data and inform clinical or operational decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead development of country, site and patient enrollment strategies for complex trials.
Analyze clinical and operational data to identify enrollment approaches.
Translate data and insights into actionable recommendations for clients and teams.
Present strategies and supporting evidence in client meetings and bid defenses.
Mentor colleagues and contribute to improvements in planning processes.
