IQVIA is seeking an experienced clinical research professional to join our Therapeutic Strategy & Insights team as a Therapeutic Analytics Lead. You will blend clinical trial expertise, data and strategic thinking to develop country, site and patient enrollment strategies for complex global studies, with a focus on APAC opportunities including China.

You will collaborate with medical, strategic, business development and operational teams to turn multiple data sources into clear recommendations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, biological sciences or related field
• 5+ years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrix environment

Responsabilités

• Lead development of country, site and patient enrollment strategies for complex clinical trial opportunities, including RFPs, early engagements and re-bids
• Analyze multiple clinical and operational data sources to identify optimal enrollment approaches
• Translate complex data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams
• Present strategies and supporting evidence during client meetings and bid defenses
• Lead planning discussions with Medical Directors, Therapeutic Strategy Leads, Business Development and Clinical Operations
• Research therapeutic areas and trial environments to inform study strategy
• Mentor colleagues and contribute to improvements in planning processes and ways of working
• Stay current with developments in clinical research and drug development
