Job summary

IQVIA in London seeks a Therapeutic Analytics Lead to shape country, site and patient enrollment strategies for complex global trials. You will merge clinical trial expertise, data and strategic thinking to drive client recommendations for APAC opportunities, including China, collaborating with medical, strategy, business development and operations teams.

You will translate diverse data sources into clear insights, present strategies to clients and senior stakeholders, and mentor colleagues

Qualifications

• Professional proficiency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• At least 5 years of experience in clinical research or clinical trials.
• A bachelor’s degree in healthcare, life sciences, biological sciences or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong understanding of clinical research, trial lifecycle and drug development.
• Experience interpreting data and informing decisions with evidence.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of country, site and patient enrollment strategies for complex clinical trial opportunities, including RFPs, early engagements and re-bids.
• Analyze multiple clinical and operational data sources to identify countries, sites and enrollment approaches for study delivery.
• Translate data and insights into clear, actionable recommendations for clients and internal teams.
• Present strategies and supporting evidence during client meetings and bid defenses.
• Lead planning discussions with Medical Directors, Therapeutic Strategy Leads and senior stakeholders.
• Research therapeutic areas and trial environments to inform study strategy.
• Evaluate data to determine relevance of sources and insights for each opportunity.
• Serve as an SME for feasibility and planning tools and mentor colleagues.
