Alton Towers Resort is recruiting Theme Park Food & Beverage Team Leaders to join our talented team working across our wide range of Food & Beverage outlets on the Theme Park.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-energy and fun team delivering excellent service to our guests, who are eager for an action-packed day with our delicious and innovative food offerings.

The position is initially seasonal until November 2025, with an hourly rate of £13.00.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with duty managers to uphold high standards.
  • Manage shifts effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Support the completion of checklists and cleaning schedules promptly.
  • Oversee the dining experience and assist guests with inquiries.
  • Inspire and mentor team members to reach their full potential.
  • Drive sales, increase revenue, and meet targets.
  • Create a positive team environment that embraces change and fosters growth.
  • Ensure staff engagement, happiness, and well-being.
What you need to bring:
  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage (preferred).
  • A passion for exceptional customer service and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate and inspire others.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Must be over 18 years old.
