About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, with a variety of shift patterns. If you're looking for flexible working to fit around your lifestyle, then look no further! We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend working are required, and flexibility with your work pattern may be needed.

There's a role for everyone in retail—including leadership. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You'll assist with training colleagues and keeping them informed through team ‘huddles'. You'll ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring colleagues are in the right place at the right time.

We will help you train in different areas and develop your skills continually. If you're looking for a chance to grow in retail, this could be the role for you!

You should be naturally friendly and eager to participate actively, working with your team to deliver excellent results.
