About the Role

To be employed in this role, you must be over the age of 18.

Our operation runs 24/7, which involves a variety of shift patterns. If you're seeking flexible working to fit your lifestyle, this role offers that flexibility. We will work with you on your shifts, but late and weekend work are required, and flexibility with your schedule may be necessary.

There is a role for everyone in retail, including leadership. As a Section Leader, you'll be the first point of contact for your team. You will assist with training colleagues, communicate messages during team 'huddles', and ensure colleagues are available to maintain product availability and meet customer expectations through careful planning of overtime and holidays, ensuring the right staffing at the right times.

We will support your training in different areas and your ongoing development, making this an excellent opportunity if you're looking to grow in retail.
