Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trusts is looking for a Theatre Supplies Assistant to support the main operating theatres with efficient stock control, accurate picking, and timely deliveries. The role involves using the Theatres Stores IT system and ensuring stock is replenished across city and Qmc stores.

You will be involved in receiving deliveries, auditing stock, and assisting with monthly checks while working a 37.5-hour week with some weekend rota requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Receiving deliveries from suppliers and checking them.
• Replenishing the theatres stores with stock.
• Picking consumables for the theatres on a daily and ad-hoc basis.
• Using the Theatres Stores IT system (Powergate/Procure) to issue/receive items.
• Assisting with audits/yearly and rolling stock counts.
• Contacting suppliers regarding orders and information on products.
