Qualifications

• Experience selling into hospital market (operating theatres) and Private Hospital experience preferred.
• Preferably single-use surgical / procedure consumables led products.
• Must be new-business focused and able to close deals.
• Ability to develop strong relationships with clinical and procurement staff in the Private Sector.
• Self-motivated, hardworking sales/clinical professional with target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell clinical solutions including procedure packs, dressing packs, drapes, gowns and single-use instruments.
• Drive new business and account management nationwide with focus on client training and alignment with the company.
• Engage with theatre teams including procurement, nurses, ODA/surgeons and other staff.
• Operate on a home-based basis with significant travel and some nights away to manage territory.
