Spire Manchester Hospital is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Theatre Practitioners to join our expanding theatre team. We have opportunities for practitioners with experience across General Surgery and/or Orthopaedic Scrub to support a varied caseload in our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (NMC) or HCPC registration is required.
• Previous Scrub experience within a theatre environment.
• Experience in General Surgery and/or Orthopaedics.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality scrub support across a range of surgical procedures.
• Support General Surgery and Orthopaedic lists, including major joint replacements where appropriate.
• Assist in assessing, planning and delivering individualised patient care.
• Work collaboratively within the multidisciplinary team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes.
• Maintain high standards of patient safety, infection prevention and clinical governance.
• Contribute to service improvements and the ongoing development of theatre practices.
