The Amersham Plastics Skin Centre, part of the Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust, is seeking a Band 5 theatre nurse to gain or build peri-operative experience. The role covers local anaesthetic operations across Plastic, Vascular, and occulo-plastic surgery with full training provided.

Formación

• RN/ODP with City & Guilds 752, NVQ (ODP) Level 3, or Diploma in Higher Education in Operating Department Practice.
• NMC or HPC registration.
• Experience in Scrub & Recovery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high standard care in the Operating Theatre and ensure patient safety at all times.
• Plan, assess, implement, evaluate and reflect on all care with the multidisciplinary team.
• Support Theatre Manager and MDT colleagues, supervise staff/learners in training.
• Participate in management and organisation of the Operating Theatre Department and Recovery area.
