Job summary

Theatre Scrub Nurse / ODP opportunity at Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust in Amersham is seeking a Band 5 practitioner. Qualifications

• Must be registered nurse or ODP, or due to qualify imminently.
• Band 5 theatre experience or placement preferred.
• Understanding of peri-operative care and patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Be a skilled member of the Operating Theatre team and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Plan, assess, implement, evaluate and reflect on care with the MDT.
• Support training and development of colleagues and learners in the theatre.
• Assist in managing and organizing the theatre department and Recovery area.
