Job Title: Production Finance Manager / Production Accountant Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Woking initially and can switch to 2 days in Woking and 1 day London after probation.Salary: £40,000–£55,000 per annum (Negotiable) + excellent benefits

About the RoleWe are looking for a talented Production Finance Manager / Production Accountant to join the finance team of one of UK's leading Theatre And Live Productions Company. You will play a key role in delivering accurate financial information, partnering with operational teams, and helping shape the financial future of the business.

• Key ResponsibilitiesManagement & Production Accounts: Prepare management and production accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, track forecasts, and provide insightful variance analysis.
• Financial Analysis: Deliver meaningful financial insights to drive commercial decisions.
• Commercial Business Partnering: Work closely with operational colleagues to bridge the gap between finance and non-finance, helping them understand the numbers and make informed decisions.
• Communicating Finance Simply: Explain complex financial information in clear, simple terms to non-financial stakeholders.

• Part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
• Production accounting experience (essential)
