Job summary

Nuffield Health Chichester Hospital is seeking a Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) to join our perioperative team. You’ll be focused, detail-oriented and empathetic, with strong communication skills and current registration (NMC or HCPC).

As part of a multi-disciplinary theatre team, you’ll work with state-of-the-art technology, supervise junior staff and deliver high-quality perioperative care.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the appropriate governing body (NMC or HCPC).
• Post-registration Scrub experience in a Theatre environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting.
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based.
