Job summary

Queen Victoria Hospital (QVH) in East Grinstead is recruiting for a Band 5 perioperative practitioner. The post is a permanent full-time role, with 37.5 hours per week and on-call/weekend duties. Salary £32,073–£39,043 per annum.

You must be a Registered Nurse or Registered ODP with ILS/ALS, and have perioperative experience. The Trust supports training and continuing education fully.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse or Registered ODP with UK registration.
• ILS/ALS certification or equivalent perioperative training.
• Evidence of extended skills or training through relevant study.
• Post-qualification experience within the perioperative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, cost-effective perioperative care for patients and families.
• Participate in staff training and continuing education.
• Support delivery of high-quality outcomes in the perioperative theatre environment.
