Qualifications

• Adaptability to changing environments and schedules.
• Ability to work within a multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Strong communication within the MDT is essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as scrub practitioner for general and Emergency surgical procedures.
• Communicate effectively within the MDT to provide excellent patient care.
• Prepare operating theatre equipment and supplies for procedures, minimizing waste.
