Job summary

Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (RN/ODP) for bank, part-time shifts. You will join a close-knit multidisciplinary theatre team in a modern facility with state-of-the-art equipment, providing high-quality perioperative care on a flexible ad-hoc basis.

Qualifications

• Registered theatre practitioner (RN or ODP) with appropriate professional registration (NMC or HPC).
• Post-registration experience in perioperative care preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a flexible, ad-hoc bank team.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants and multidisciplinary theatre team.
• Supervise, support and develop junior staff in the theatre environment.
• Deliver high quality, evidence-based patient care and maintain patient safety.
