Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital Bristol, England is seeking an Endoscopy Scrub Practitioner / Theatre Practitioner (ODP) for ad hoc, part-time work at Bristol Hospital. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering perioperative care with state-of-the-art facilities.

The role offers opportunities for development and training, with pay up to £30 per hour depending on experience and qualification, and a benefits package including pension and discounted gym membership.

Qualifications

• Post-registration Endoscopy experience is desirable.
• Registration with relevant governing body (HCPC/NMC).
• Ability to work in a theatre environment and multi-disciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload.
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities.
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team.

As an Endoscopy Scrub Practitioner/ Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our hospital, you’ll be focused, detail-oriented empathetic with great communication skills.You’re registered with the appropriate governing body, and you bring the qualifications and experience relevant to your registration, including NMC or HCPC. With post-registration experience in Endoscopy within a Theatre environment, you’re a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.

As an Endoscopy Scrub Practitioner or Theatre Practitioner (ODP),you will:

• Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
• Use state-of-the‑art technology, equipment and facilities
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
