Job summary

Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital is seeking a part-time Bank Theatre Practitioner (ODP/ Scrub Nurse) to join our Bristol team. You will work within a close-knit multidisciplinary team, delivering high standards of patient care in a state-of-the-art theatre environment.

We value experienced theatre practitioners registered with NMC or HPC, with post-registration experience and a passion for clinical excellence. Bank shifts offer flexible hours and an ad-hoc roster structure to fit availability.

Qualifications

• Registered with the relevant governing body (NMC or HPC).
• Theatre Practitioner/ODP with post-registration experience.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with consultants and the multidisciplinary team.
• Supervise and develop junior staff.

Nuffield Health is looking for a Bank Theatre Practitioner at our Nuffield Health Bristol Hospital.

As a Scrub Nurse or Theatre Practitioner (ODP) at our Bristol Hospital, you're registered with the appropriate governing body and you hold the relevant qualifications and experience, including NMC or HPC. You bring a passion for high standards, a meticulous eye for detail and post-registration experience.

As a Theatre Practitioner / ODP you will; Work closely with leading consultants and other like-minded professionals, who will respect and value what you bring to the close-knit multidisciplinary team.

Enjoy opportunities to work on a varied caseload using technology, equipment and facilities, which are all state-of-the-art.

Supervise, support and develop junior members of staff.

Deliver high quality care and experiences for patients, which is always clinically effective, evidence based and appropriate.
