Qualifications

• Experience as a theatre practitioner; competent in scrub or anaesthetics/recovery roles.
• Ability to adapt to different theatre specialities and cross-site working.
• Strong time management and communication skills; flexible in approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide expert standards of care to patients in theatre.
• Maintain a safe environment and accurate documentation (electronic and written).
• Act as scrub or circulating nurse, and anaesthetic/recovery nurse as qualified.
• Coordinate the day-to-day running of the theatre unit and provide leadership.
• Demonstrate exemplary leadership and professional role modelling.
