Job summary

Nuffield Health Glasgow Hospital is seeking a Theatre Practitioner (Scrub/ODP) for a 12-month maternity cover. This full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week and a salary up to £44,100 depending on experience.

You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, using state-of-the-art equipment, and providing high-quality perioperative care. Registration with NMC or HCPC is required, with post-registration scrub theatre experience.

Qualifications

• Registered with governing body (NMC/HCPC) with relevant registration.
• Post-registration Scrub experience in theatre environment.
• Team player with strong patient care focus.

Responsibilities

• Work in a multi disciplinary team covering a varied patient caseload
• Use state-of-the-art technology, equipment and facilities
• Supervise, support and develop junior members of the team
• Provide high-quality perioperative care in a multidisciplinary team setting
• Create high-quality care and patient experiences that are clinically effective and evidence based
• Have ample opportunities for continuous growth and personal development, which can include Surgical First Assist training

With post-registration experience in Scrub roles within a Theatre environment, you're a team player with a passion for exceptional patient care.
