Nuffield Health Exeter Hospital is recruiting a Theatre Manager to lead our Theatre, Cath Lab and Endoscopy services. You will bring a registered nursing or practitioner qualification, strong senior clinical experience and a passion for teaching and assessment to the role.

In this full-time, permanent position, you will oversee clinical governance, budgets and staff development while maintaining excellent patient care.

Formación

• Registered nursing or practitioner qualification with senior clinical experience (min 2 years).
• Teaching and assessment skills, ILS and a management qualification strengthen your application.
• Experience in hospital leadership and governance is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and inspire Theatre, Cath Lab and Endoscopy teams.
• Champion safe, high-quality patient care.
• Build strong relationships with consultants and senior leaders.
• Develop and support staff to achieve clinical outcomes.
• Manage budgets, business planning and clinical governance.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance patient experiences.
• Drive continuous improvement and improve CQC rating.
