Zusammenfassung

Welbeck Cambridge is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to support a range of specialist clinics. You will assist with clinical and non-clinical duties, preparing rooms, supporting procedures and ensuring patients feel comfortable and supported during their visit.

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care with ongoing professional development and have completed Basic Life Support training.

Qualifikationen

• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care and evidence of ongoing professional development.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) training completed.
• DBS check required for all roles.

Aufgaben

• Support the theatre team to deliver safe, compassionate and person-centred care throughout each patient’s surgical journey.
• Prepare clinical areas, equipment and stock to help theatre lists run smoothly and efficiently.
• Carry out delegated care and clinical support tasks within your training and competence, following policies and procedures.
• Work closely with nurses, clinicians and the wider multidisciplinary team, reporting any concerns or changes in a patient’s condition promptly.
• Help maintain a clean, organised and safe environment where every patient is treated with dignity, privacy and respect.
