We are seeking a Theatre Assistant to join the Ysbyty Gwynedd Operating Theatres, working within a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of patient care. The role starts at Band 2 with progression to Band 3 after completing in-house competencies, with a direct progression path for those meeting Band 3 requirements.

Welsh language ability is desirable, and applicants of Welsh or English speakers are welcome.

Formación

• Experience in theatre support roles is desirable.
• Welsh language ability is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary theatre team with a focus on patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for delivery of high-standard patient care within the theatre complex.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure non-discriminatory and high-quality care.
• Follow unit policies and procedures and participate in the preceptorship programme for new starters.
