Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) North Wales invites applications for a Theatre Assistant in the Ysbyty Gwynedd Operating Theatres. The role starts at Band 2 with in-house progression to Band 3 upon competency completion; direct Band 3 appointments possible for those with theatre competence.

Successful candidates join a supportive preceptorship program and work within a multidisciplinary theatre team focused on high-quality patient care and non-discriminatory service delivery.

Formación

• Level 3 qualification in health care related subject or equivalent with evidence of work-based competency.
• Knowledge of safeguarding adults/children and GDPR.
• Experience in NHS or health/social care with direct patient care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide support for delivery of high standard care within the theatre complex.
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team in line with unit policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate care, coordination and compassionate handling of patients.
