Job summary

NHS Scotland invites applications from RGN or ODP qualified professionals to join our Acute Theatre Suite. You will work across theatres with a team delivering elective and emergency procedures in multiple specialties, including Maxillo Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Urology and Paediatrics.

The role requires an anaesthetic qualification, a collaborative approach, and commitment to CPD.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cohesively within the multidisciplinary team.
• Evidence of continuing professional development (CPD)
• Current recognised anaesthetic qualification and willingness to rotate through anaesthetic, scrub and recovery roles.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through anaesthetic, scrub and recovery roles.
• Work flexibly across theatres and sites in Fife, including weekends and nights as required.
