Marston's Pub Partnerships in Bromsgrove is offering a self-employed Pub Partner role to run The Red Lion, a traditional wet-led pub on the High Street. You’ll manage operations, guest experience and community engagement in a busy, footfall-rich location.

With a 20% share of weekly wet sales and 100% of any food sales, plus owner accommodation covered, this role places you at the heart of the local scene, coordinating events and partnerships to grow revenue.

Responsibilities

• Build a vibrant community hub through quizzes, bingo nights and clubs.
• Host live events at weekends to increase footfall and revenue.
• Leverage the pub's central Bromsgrove location to drive proactive local engagement.
