Position: Deputy Manager
Hours: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to support the day‑to‑day running of the store and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales performance, maintaining high store standards and ensuring the smooth operation of the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Store Manager with the daily operation of the store
• Leading, motivating and developing team members
• Delivering excellent customer service and creating a positive shopping experience
• Assisting with recruitment, training and performance management
• Monitoring sales performance and helping to achieve store targets
• Managing stock levels, merchandising and store presentation
• Opening and closing the store when required
• Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed at all times
