The Deputy Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at The Range store in Liverpool. The person in this role supports the Store Manager with day-to-day operations, including supervising team members, coordinating work schedules, and ensuring excellent customer service on the sales floor. Responsibilities include overseeing merchandising and stock presentation, monitoring inventory levels, and helping to implement in-store promotions and seasonal layouts. The Deputy Manager assists with team training, performance guidance, and compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and cash handling procedures. This role also contributes to sales targets, analyzes store performance, and helps resolve customer queries and operational issues in a timely, professional manner.
