Trevett Project Services seeks a Contracts Manager to support a Total Facilities Management (TFM) contract across a large estate in Farnborough. The role focuses on commercial delivery, contract mobilisation and performance against KPIs and SLAs.

This six-month assignment offers day-rate pay of £400 and scope to develop into a permanent role for the right candidate, with strong exposure to real estate and large estate environments.

Qualifications

• Strong contracts management experience in TFM.
• Experience in real estate, property, or large estates.
• Commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience mobilising FM contracts.
• Experience reporting against KPIs and SLAs.

Responsabilités

• Manage the delivery and performance of TFM contracts across the estate.
• Take a commercially focused approach to contract management and service delivery.
• Support and manage contract mobilisation, ensuring services are implemented and transitioned.
• Manage contractor and supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs.
• Monitor contractual and commercial performance, identifying risks and areas for improvement.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, service providers and supply-chain partners.
• Ensure contractual obligations and service standards are achieved.
• Drive performance, value and continuous improvement across FM service delivery.
