Jonathan Lee Group in Ross-on-Wye is seeking a Production & Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing activities for a textiles specialist. You will lead production planning, drive continuous improvement and ensure targets are achieved.

You will manage the production team, optimise machinery performance and work with senior staff to prioritise orders and staffing, applying lean methods to maximise efficiency.

Formación

• Experience in production/manufacturing management.
• Experience managing a production team.
• Textiles manufacturing experience advantageous.
• Must be a team player.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies.
