Job summary

Our client is a specialist manufacturer of textiles for a wide range of applications. As a Production & Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations, lead continuous improvement projects and ensuring that production targets are achieved.

Production & Operations Manager Responsibilities

• Lead, plan and coordinate daily production activities
• Managing production orders, staffing resources and operation priorities
• Ensure that production machinery is running at optimum efficiency
• Work closely with the management team
• Identify and manage continuous improvement activities
• Motivate the Production Team to achieve targets

Production & Operations Manager Requirements

• Experienced working in either a production, manufacturing or operational management environment
• Experienced in managing a production team
• Experience working within textiles manufacturing would be advantageous
• Must be a team player
